Sassies, If you are not loving an item you purchased, please return within 30 days of purchase. We want each piece to bring some sweet or sass to your lifestyle!! 

To return an item, please be sure it's unwashed and unworn. Return packaging is not provided but you can use any packaging to return your order to our address listed below. Please include your name and order number within your return. Once the item is received a return will be processed to the original form of payment. Unfortunately we are unable to refund to a account other than the original form of payment used. However, returns received that are evident of being worn or washed will not receive a refund. Refunds can take up to four weeks depending on your banking institution. 

Due to styles constantly changing, any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Due to limited quantity of each style we will try our best to exchange but cannot guarantee another size will be available. 

Return Process steps:
1 - Place merchandise within your own packaging
2 - Provide name and order number within package
3 - Place postage on package (postage will not be refunded)
4 - Ship package to: 1 North Cloquet Rd W, Esko, MN 55733
5 - Once package is received - refund will be processed
6 - Wait for return to process (refund may take up to 10 business days to return to original form of payment)
